  <Accordion title="What's the Difference Between Contractor Management and EOR?">
    **Contractor management** is for independent contractors you've already hired. We handle the contract, onboarding, and payments. They remain self-employed.

    **EOR (Employer of Record)** is for full-time employees. We legally employ the person on your behalf and handle statutory compliance, income tax withholding, and benefits.

    Use contractor for short-term, project-based, or flexible hires. Use EOR for full-time employees.

  <Accordion title="How Fast Can I Onboard My First Worker?">
    Contractor onboarding is typically same-day. EOR onboarding takes 7-14 business days depending on country, driven by local statutory registration requirements.

  <Accordion title="Do You Handle Statutory Filings, Social Security, and Tax Compliance?">
    Yes, fully, in every country we support. For US contractors, we collect W-9 / W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E forms at signing and file year-end 1099s on the employer's behalf.

    No lock-ins, no cancellation fees, no annual contracts. For EOR, employee termination follows local labor law (statutory notice and severance vary by country).
